Hot Regional Issues
This new section of our web site identifies and discusses important regional issues. Site C dam, the Flathead Valley, the E&N Rail line on Vancouver Island, the Raven Coal Mine, the Prospect Lake (Red Chris) Mine, the Enbridge Pipeline, Strathcona Park and Run of River projects are some of the issues to be discussed.
These issues matter to us all, but are particularly important to people living in the area. Each region in the province has unique issues and local people need a say in the decisions that are made. The Green Party of BC believes that most decisions should be made at the local and regional level.
If there is an issue in your area that you care passionately about, here is your opportunity to bring it to the attention of the people of BC. Submit ideas, photos, and text to office@greenparty.bc.ca for posting to this section.
